Sowell Exterior Craftsmen was started in 2019 by J. Matthew Sowell. Matt has been a contractor for many years specializing in woodworking, building custom furniture, unique builds, and outdoor structures. In 2020, he was approached by a family wanting a greenhouse and he realized how specialization of these types of builds and enjoyed the custom nature of the projects. Now known as “the Greenhouse Guy” (although he does all types of outdoor structures), Matt prides himself on building unique and tailored designs. Sowell Exterior Craftsmen executes a final product that supports sustainability by eliminating the need for temporary, throw-away options by providing long-lasting, beautiful structures at a modest rate.
